In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bing8," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bing8 online gaming platform accessible at bing8.org and its operating entity licensed under PAGCOR.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the bing8 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on bing8.
• "Platform" refers to the bing8 website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a Player's bing8 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by bing8 subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing bing8's operations.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on bing8, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and bing8.

bing8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to use bing8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bing8 or any of its affiliates.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or bing8.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by bing8 for breach of these Terms.

bing8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on bing8, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) bing8 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. bing8 may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with them.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bing8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bing8 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact bing8 support immediately.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bing8 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bing8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bing8 Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank. bing8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically received within fifteen (15) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. bing8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. bing8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bing8 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. bing8 may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large transactions.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bing8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game type and are specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• bing8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Duplicate Accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be closed and funds forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

All games available on bing8 are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

bing8's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same regulatory oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, bing8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. bing8's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bing8 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to bing8 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bing8 staff or other Players.

bing8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all Players at no charge from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bing8. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

All content on the bing8 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of bing8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bing8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bing8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bing8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bing8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

bing8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bing8 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bing8 cannot guarantee absolute security.

bing8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining Account balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact bing8 support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. bing8 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
